Direct Client Requirement
This position will play a key role in the development and support of Revenue Cycle Services products. This individual will be responsible for creating new features and maintaining and enhancing existing functionality. This individual will be involved in development activities throughout the product life cycle. Agile experience combined with proficiency in C#, ASP.Net web technology will combine to produce superior on-time, on-budget, and on-specification results. The ability to interact with the key people in the organization, understand the dynamics of business processes, and expertly convert business requirements into outstanding software product design and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing of new features, maintenance and enhancements of existing functionality
Facilitates effective team interaction and project leadership.
Enforcement of coding standards.
Improvise product quality and customer satisfaction.
Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Technical Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or related field. Equivalent technical experience may be substituted for educational requirement
3 to 5+ years experience in Development
Demonstrates expert knowledge of C# and the .Net Framework, preferably 4.x.
Web UI (ASP, ASP.net and Ajax) experience required
Understands complex relational database concepts and strategies.
Familiar with and eager to work in an agile environment.
Fully understands data access strategies for N-tier architecture, including ADO.Net strategies.
